Proactive Communication Effective communication is a core skill for every professional. Reactive communication happens when a person works on a task but only shares updates when the manager repeatedly follows up. Proactive communication means taking ownership of communication—sharing regular updates on progress, challenges, and next steps without being asked. In the WTT 10X Roadmap, proactive communication is an expected behavior. A 10X Engineer keeps stakeholders informed daily, builds trust, and helps teams move faster by eliminating uncertainty. Proactive Communication – 1 to 5 Scale 5 – Excellent (10X Level) Regularly shares clear, timely updates without any follow-up. Communicates progress, risks, blockers, and next steps proactively. 4 – Very Good Provides frequent updates without being asked. May occasionally miss small details but keeps stakeholders well informed. 3 – Good Shares updates on key milestones or achievements, but not consistently. Sometimes requires light follow-up. 2 – Needs Improvement Rarely provides updates on their own. Communication mostly happens only when asked by the manager. 1 – Poor Does not communicate progress proactively. $100k for H-1B visa in US: Trump’s Govt – Impact on Indian IT Professionals

As per the official statement by Donald Trump’s Govt, United States issued this new guideline RESTRICTION ON ENTRY OF CERTAIN NONIMMIGRANT WORKERS, under this H1B Visa annual fee has been increased to $100K. This is termed is PROJECT FIREWALL as mentioned in the public tweet made by official account of US Department of Labor. This new guidelines is effective 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on September 21, 2025. As per the clarification issued by White House, Current H-1B holders exempt from new fee. The days of employers abusing H-1B Visas are over.
